Simple, repeatable breakfast ideas to get started.

Air Fryer Veg Base

  • Set to Air Fry mode at 400°F (200°C) for 15 min.
  • Add sweet potatoes in a single layer
  • When ~8 min remain add carrots.
  • When ~4 min remain, add edamame.
  • Let everything sit in basket 2-3 min (fryer off).
  • Add peanuts, air fry 2-3 min max or raw for crunch.

Avocado

  • If frozen, leave on the counter 30-60 min (or fridge overnight) until soft.
  • Smash it lightly with a fork.

Assemble

  • 1/8 tsp each salt, pepper, smoked paprika; optional pinch garlic powder + cumin; finish with a squeeze of lime.
